The Villa
Casa Branca is a modern detached two-storey villa which was
completed in 1998. It is constructed to many UK building standards
- eg. double glazing, damp-proof course and cavity wall insulation.
Built on the edge of the now exclusive Monte Lemos Country
Club site. The owners took particular care in the design of
the villa to ensure that it is bright and airy and yet functional
for large families.
Location
The villa is well situated in Praia da Luz and a 10 minute
walk will take you into the village centre where there are
a few supermarkets, pharmacy, post office and restaurants.
The village retains its charming atmosphere and many old fisherman's
cottages and cobbled streets remain.
Praia da Luz has a lovely long, golden, sandy beach which
is gently shelving, making it safe for bathers of all ages.
Here, there are sun beds and shades for hire, a water sports
centre plus beach shops and beach-side cafes.
The historical town of Lagos and surrounding areas offer
a wealth of activities including golf, scuba diving, windsurfing,
water-skiing, sailing, parascending, banana boat riding, deep
sea fishing, dolphin spotting, champagne cruises, tennis,
squash, bowls, bird-watching, and guided walks.
More details of the available activities and of the many
restaurants, bars and other local attractions will be listed
in a folder in the villa. The Western Algarve has everything
you need for whatever type of holiday you desire, whether
it be action packed or relaxing.
