The Villa
Four self-catering holiday cottages, equipped, furnished
and decorated to a very high standard and occupying an acre
of hilltop with spectacular gardens and panoramic sea views.
There is a large pool area overlooking the Algarvian countryside.
The cottages accommodate from 2 to 14 people and can be booked
out individually or as a whole.
Location
The Quintassential occupies an acre of hilltop set in breathtaking
Algarvian countryside in the centre of the sunny Algarve in
total peace and tranquillity 15 minutes from Faro International
Airport and the coast and overlooking the town of Loulé which
is 5 minutes away. There are spectacular panoramic sea views
from Faro to Portimao. Parts of the Quintassential date back
to mid 19th Century. The Quintassential is located in the
centre of the Algarve making this an ideal base to explore
the Algarve. Sporting facilities – golf, tennis, beach,
etc. are a short drive away and so too are aqua parks, theme
parks and sight-seeing. The Quintassential is an ideal location
for a peaceful and tranquil holiday.
Accommodation
The Quintassential has four cottages.
The Orange Cottage is a rustic
cottage and has two bedrooms, one double and a twin and sleeps
4 adults and an infant.
The Casa Do Forno Cottage
is a rustic one bedroom cottage with many original features
dating to the 19th century and sleeps a maximum of 2 adults.
The Lemon and Carob
Cottages, the newer of the cottages available at the Quintassential,
both have double beds in the bedrooms and can sleep a maximum
of 3 people each.
Facilities
The Quintassential is blessed with panoramic sea views and spectacular countryside
views, just what you need for a tranquil and relaxing holiday.
The gardens at Quintassential are marvellous, with many bushes,
plants and fruit trees, along with quiet areas to relax and
absorb the views.
The Quintassential has a large pool area, the pool measures
10 x 5 m and cushioned sun loungers, and parasols, etc. are
provided for the use of the guests.
On arrival the owners will meet you and awaiting your arrival will be a very generous welcome hamper in your accommodation compliments of the house. For all the adult guests, bathrobes are provided for use during their stay, pool towels are provided to use only at the Quintassential and the cottages have hairdryers and alarm clocks.
On selected evenings of the week, there is also an evening
meal option. Traditional home-cooked Portuguese cuisine is
served on the owner's private terrace, which has spectacular
views over Loulé. What a better way to end your day
with a nice meal and a glass of delicious Portuguese wine.

Additional Information
To secure a booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required and the remainder
of the balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival.
If you book a second week stay at the Quintassential, we will give you a 10% discount on the second week booking.
Children under the age of 2 are free, and we provide cots and highchairs at
no extra cost.
There is a Returnable Damages Deposit of £100.00 if two people are occupying the one bedroom cottage and £150.00 should three people occupy the cottage, which will need to be paid six weeks prior to arrival. This will be returned in full should there be no damage to the cottage within two weeks of departure. The Returnable Damages Deposit for the Orange Cottage is £250.00
