The Villa
A large one-bedroom cottage that is equipped, furnished and
decorated to a very high standard with spectacular views of
the Quintassential garden and panoramic sea views. There is
a large pool area overlooking Algarvian countryside. The cottage
sleeps a maximum of 3.
Location
The Quintassential occupies an acre of hilltop set in breathtaking Algarvian countryside in the centre of the sunny Algarve in total peace and tranquillity 15 minutes from Faro International Airport and the coast and overlooking the town of Loulé which is 5 minutes away. There are spectacular panoramic sea views from Faro to Portimao. Parts of the Quintassential date back to mid 19th Century. The Quintassential is ideally located in the centre of the Algarve and the world famous golf courses of Quinta Do Lago and Vale do Lobo are a very short drive away. All other major sporting facilities are too a short drive away along with theme parks, aqua parks and villages of interest. The Quintassential is also ideal for those who like to bird watch and walk.
Accommodation
The Lemon Cottage is one of the newer cottages at Quintassential,
a light and airy one-bedroom cottage with a large bedroom
that has a double bed, large ceiling fan and patio doors leading
on to the sun terrace. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate
a single bed too. The Lemon Cottage has a large bathroom with
shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and shaver point. A brand new
luxury bathroom will be fitted in November 2004.
The spacious lounge/diner is decorated tastefully with pine
furniture and a wood-burning stove for those cooler winter
evenings. The lounge has satellite TV, video, radio/CD player,
puzzles, chess set, playing cards, domino set and patio doors
leading onto a private terrace with tables, cushioned seating,
Bar-B-Q, cushioned reclining chairs and its own lemon tree
to give you added shade.
The kitchenette comprises a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, electric
kettle, toaster and electric hob.
Facilities
The Quintassential is blessed with panoramic sea views and spectacular countryside
views, just what you need for a tranquil and relaxing holiday.
The gardens at Quintassential are marvellous, with many bushes,
plants and fruit trees, along with quiet areas to relax and
absorb the views.
The Quintassential has a large pool area, the pool measures
10 x 5 m and cushioned sun loungers, and parasols, etc. are
provided for the use of the guests.
On arrival the owners will meet you and awaiting your arrival
will be a very generous welcome hamper in your accommodation
compliments of the house. For all the adult guests, bathrobes
are provided for use during their stay, pool towels are provided
to use only at the Quintassential and the cottages have hairdryers
and alarm clocks.
On selected evenings of the week, there is also an evening
meal option. Traditional home-cooked Portuguese cuisine is
served on the owner's private terrace, which has spectacular
views over Loulé. What a better way to end your day
with a nice meal and a glass of delicious Portuguese wine.

Additional Information
All prices quoted are based on a minimum of two people occupying the cottage. For an additional person there is an extra £50.00 per week.
To secure a booking a 30% non-refundable deposit is required and the balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival.
If you book a second week stay at the Quintassential, we will give you a 10% discount on the second week booking.
Children under the age of 2 are free, and we provide cots and high chairs at no extra cost.
There is a Returnable Damages Deposit of £100.00 if two people are occupying the cottage and £150.00 should three people occupy the cottage, which will need to be paid six weeks prior to arrival. This will be returned in full should there be no damage to the cottage within two weeks of departure.
