The Villa
Vila Margarida is a lovely 4 bedroom villa with its own private
heated swimming pool and tennis court. It is extremely secluded
and offers great privacy, set on a mature plot of 1 acre,
surrounded by fantastic gardens. Despite this tranquil setting
it is only 8 minutes walk to the lovely family beach.
Location
Praia da Luz is at the quieter Western end of the Algarve
coast and is an ideal family holiday resort. It has a lovely
long sandy beach backed by spectacular cliffs at one end and
then flattening out to a pretty cobbled promenade with bars,
restaurants and shops. Vila Margarida is within easy walking
distance (8 mins) of the beach and all facilities and car
hire is not essential although this opens the possibility
of easy trips out to the spectacular west coast beaches, Sagres
and Cape St Vincent, water parks (all approx 30 mins), zoomarine
(40 mins), etc.
Accommodation
Vila Margarida has 1 double bedroom with en-suite, 1 twin
with en-suite and two other twins sharing a third bathroom
on the ground floor. Three of the bedrooms have patio doors
opening to the pool area, the fourth has a window opening
to the orchard.
First floor: large lounge, dining room, kitchen and cloakroom.
Along the entire poolside of the first floor is a very large
terrace with patio doors from both the lounge and dining room.
This has lovely sea views. It is part covered and part open
and each area has a large table for outdoor dining.

- Kitchen: hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker,
dishwasher
- Outside there is a wonderful poolside bar, barbecue and
dining area. It has a large brick barbecue, 2-ring gas hob,
fridge with small freezer compartment, sink with hot and
cold water, bar and large table and seating for 8. It is
fully equipped with colourful plastic crockery and cups
and is ideal for outdoor living in comfort!
- The pool has optional heating and there are plenty of
sun-loungers.
- There is a hard-surface tennis court just across the lawned
area from the pool.

Additional Information
Winter prices are based on 2 people, additional guests charged
at additional £50 per person/week.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking with
the balance payable 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
Payment can be accepted in sterling, euros or US dollars.
Please enquire for prices in times not covered by periods
above, the villa is available for rental all year and has
log-fire in lounge and electric heaters.
A £300 security deposit is collected by our local management
agent at the start of your stay. Pool heating is charged at
an additional £100 per week when requested.
