The Apartment

Apartamento Azul is a fantastic new apartment in the heart of Praia da Luz. It is incredibly spacious at 156m², has two large bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. It is the largest in an exclusive new development of 8 apartments with their own pool and fabulous roof terrace with stunning views.

Location

Apartamento Azul is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Praia da Luz is a great family resort towards the western end of the Algarve coast. It has a lovely sandy beach approximately half a mile long and backed at one end by spectacular cliffs, flattening out to a palm tree lined promenade with shops, bars and restaurants.

As Apartamento Azul is so centrally located car hire is not essential, but does make trips out to nearby places easy – eg. Lagos 10 mins, superb west coast beaches, Sagres, Cape St Vincent, water parks (approx 30 mins) and zoomarine (40 mins).

Accommodation

Double bedroom with en-suite, dressing area and front balcony. Very large twin bedroom with ample space for additional 1 or 2 folding beds (supplied)-ideal as a children's bedroom for a larger family. Second bathroom. Huge lounge/diner with front and rear balconies. The lounge has three sofas, one a sofa-bed. There is seating around the large dining table for 6. The 2 front balconies are sea-facing and the rear one overlooks the pool and has a free standing barbecue. All have space for sitting around a table. Well fitted modern kitchen. Large hallway. Lockable 2-car garage within a large communal garage.

Prices

Low season (March – mid May) £450 per week
Mid season (mid May – mid June) 500£ per week
High season (mid July – early September) £650 per week
November – early March £200 per week

 

Additional Information

The winter rate of £200 is based on 2 people occupying the apartment. Additional people are charged at an extra £50 per person per week. Also these winter rates do not include utilities which are charged by consumption. Winter stays of 3 weeks or more may be offered at a lower weekly rate, please ask.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book and the balance along with a refundable £250 security deposit is payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. We can accept payment in sterling, euros or US dollars.
