The VillaThe Pavilion has 2 rooms each of 22 sq m, a bathroom with shower and kitchen. A covered pergola and large terraces surround it with extensive views of the surrounding valleys in a fenced garden of 10,300 sq m. The first room includes a sofacama for 2, two armchairs, a dinner table for 6, six chairs and one single bed. The second room has a king size bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a desk.

FacilitiesThe kitchen has a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, a gas cooker and a microwave oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee-maker, a vacuum cleaner, crockery, etc. There is a parabolic aerial and a TV set in the first room and a radio cassette player in the second room. Pool chairs, table and sunbeds are available as well as barbecue, and swings for the children.

Additional Information30% of the rental is payable when signing the contract and the balance one month before arrival. A guaranteed cheque of 500 is requested when arriving which will not be deposited in the bank and given back when leaving, except in case of damages. Linen can be supplied at the rate of 40 per week.
