The Villa

This luxury double-storey beachfront villa offers privacy, beauty and security on Cape Town's Atlantic coastline. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests and boasts every convenience including a pool, games room, sundeck, two lounges, a long sandy beach and stunning sea and mountain views.

Location

Situated in Scarborough, Cape Town’s most beautiful beach village on the Atlantic Coast near Cape Point, the villa boasts a fine sandy beach in front of it and magnificent mountain scenery. Scarborough is a peaceful retreat within in easy reach of the Cape Town buzz. Major shopping centres and all the conveniences of a big city are 10 minutes away by car.

Accommodation

The villa has four bedrooms each with its own bathroom. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin and a bedroom with a double and two single beds. Each is tastefully decorated in Cape vernacular style and boasts luxury percale linen. Two lounges (both equipped with satellite TV, VCR and CD stereo), dining room, games room (table tennis, pool/snooker table, darts), two fully equipped kitchens, sundeck and laundry complete the picture.

Facilities

The villa is fully enclosed making it ideal for small children. It has a large swimming pool with child safety net. Scarborough's main beach is in front of the villa.

The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences such as satellite TV, microwave ovens, dishwashers, cookers, several barbecue areas, several refrigerators etc. The games room is equipped with table tennis table, a snooker/pool table and darts board. A sundeck provides splendid beach and mountain views. The villa is serviced daily during the week and all towels and linen are supplied.

Nearby golf courses, excellent fishing, wonderful mountain hiking, good shopping, excellent bird watching and the city of Cape Town on its doorstep make the villa an ideal self catering stop while in Cape Town.
