The Villa
Los Gatos overlooks the 'Sleeping Pharaoh' mountains of Antequera, the Valley
of the Rio Seco and the road to the Roman town of Ronda, this
fully equipped, charming house can offer you tranquillity
or activity.
Location
The house is on a private non-through road 4 minutes from
the picturesque town of Coin, 25 minutes from Malaga Airport
and a similar distance from Marbella and the coast, on excellent
roads with stunning scenery. Good roads mean that towns like
Seville, Cordoba and Granada are about two and a half hours
away as are the skiing resorts of the Sierra Nevadas.
Accommodation
General partial air-conditioning (hot and cold). Mosquito
screens all round the house. Ceiling fans in every room.
Bed/bathrooms: 1 double bed, 1 king sized bed, 2 cots, 2
foldaway beds, double bed settee with screen – bunk beds
available on request. 1 bathroom. Only bed/kitchen linen is
provided – bring your own towels and beach towels.
Lounge/dining room: fire place with living flame gas fire,
TV and video recorder, digital satellite TV, CD Hi-fi, DVD.
Dining for six plus.
Kitchen: fridge, freezer, washer/dryer , oven and hob, microwave,
dishwasher, etc.
Facilities
Unheated pool. Sun terrace with inflatable paddling pool and some pool toys,
baby swing, double see-saw swing and big kids swing, sand
pit. Cool box and ice blocks, stainless flasks, ½ beach tent
and beach umbrella, cricket set, bat and ball for those beach
days. Gazebo tent for shade. Patio furniture, sun-beds, gardens,
large capacity gas barbecue with granite hot plate, off-road
parking (shared with owners when on-site).
