An exclusive, private and luxurious complex set amongst tropical gardens, fountains and waterfalls with four swimming pools and Jacuzzi on the outskirts of Marbella. A fabulous two-bedroomed, two-bathroomed apartment sleeping six, with air conditioning, situated on the second floor.
Location
This luxury apartment on the Costa del Sol is spacious with a warm and bright atmosphere. The view from the balcony is stupendous, overlooking the main pool with views down to the sea. As well as the four pools there is a children's pool with lifeguards in attendance during the summer months
Puerto Cabopino boasts breathtaking scenery, a port, golf course and a fabulous beach. There is an excellent choice of restaurants both at Puerto Cabopino and within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The port is small and intimate and the majority of people who have visited it will say it is one of the most peaceful and romantic ports on the coast.
Accommodation
Lounge with twin sofas, one of which converts to a double bed. Dining facilities for six. Television, DVD player and CD player. Patio doors leading to the balcony which overlooks the main swimming pool, fountains, waterfalls with superb views down to the sea (see photo).
Kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric juicer, etc.
One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, both with full-length fitted wardrobes and state-of-the-art remote-controlled air conditioning. There is an electronic digital safe in the main bedroom. There are two beautiful full bathrooms each with bath, bidet and shower.
Facilities
The apartment has marble floors, electric heating for the low season and comes with secure garage parking space. The complex has a security system with access to your underground garage and lift via your personal electronic keyless entry card.
A very private, secure and civilised complex with no lager louts, ideal for
a relaxing or family holiday.

Additional Information
Our weekly rental prices are all inclusive and include the cost of cleaning, water, electricity and heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. For every reservation we require a deposit of £100 per week with the balance paid 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable deposit of £100 is required to cover breakages, any excess cleaning, or loss of keys. This deposit is also to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The apartment is managed by an English couple who are always on hand should any problems arise and who can provide a taxi service to collect and return you to the airport.
