The villa has two bedrooms each with a full bathroom. The master bedroom has direct access to the private garden. The remainder of the property comprises a fully fitted kitchen, living and dining room seating 8. There is also a private garden with sun beds and a dining area seating 6.
Facilities
The living room has a satellite TV, DVD and hi-fi with CD. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-maker, water boiler, dish washer and washer-drier machine. Other facilities include, full air conditioning, sun-beds, outdoor dining area. All linen and towels are supplied. On site there are 5 swimming pools (one of them with hot water all year round), 4 tennis courts, 4 paddle courts all free to use by 'El Presidente' residents and guests.
