The Villa
The villa is build in two complexes around an inner court
and the swimming pool. In summer that is the living area.
In the main building you have got three ground floor bedrooms
with en suite bathrooms, a large living room with a kind of
putting green in front, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining
area and lots of room. In the first floor the tower bedroom,
large with an en suite bathroom as well. The whole house is
carefully decorated, with taste, not overloaded, just showing
a high level of education. And so are the clients we are looking
for this house.
Location
This house is in Southern Spain, between Los Arqueros Golf and La Quinta golf in the hills overlooking San Pedro you approach this villa by the road to Ronda. This means as well, that you are in 10 minutes at the white beaches of San Pedro with its bars and restaurants and the taxi driver bringing you home from Puerto Banus will not take more than 10 minutes as well.
Accommodation
Every comfort is there, heating, air conditioning, garages,
etc... and calm!!! The other part is on the opposite side
of the swimming pool and contains two bedrooms with en suite
bathrooms which are very well decorated as well. Both houses
can be rented separately, therefore you will find the villa
Palo1, just the main house, the villa Palo2, the extension
and if that is not enough, there is a studio as well, which
could be used as the seventh bedroom. Perfect for the large
family, two or three families travelling together or the golfing
group or just the one who can afford to have some empty bedrooms
but wants real luxury and space.
