Location
This house is situated on the southern coast of Spain, at the eastern side of Estepona, in a large green area, with large gardens and beautiful villas. In the middle of that area you will find this villa, in a style between country house and town villa. It is in walking distance to the sea.
Accommodation
The villa has six bedrooms on two levels. The upper garden level, some stairs down to the garden, has 4 bedrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen, the lower floor, some stairs up to the garden, has been fully renovated and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and its own kitchen. There is a large swimming pool and an outside covered living room with a third kitchen on the terrace.
