The villa is only 50 metres from the beach, which is the
fully equipped beach of San Pedro with its Chiringuitos, beach
restaurants and all the seaside activities.
Accommodation
There are 5 bedrooms – 4 doubles and one single bedroom
– 3 bathrooms and a shower, large living room with a
dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Facilities
In the centre of the garden, lets call it a park, is the
pool, which is maintained from March to October. The swimming
pool has protection for small children, so they cannot access
it. There is parking space for at least three cars and there
is a large terrace to the garden.
