The Villa
El Montecillo is a luxury 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house sleeping 8 plus baby/toddler. Its built on the beach near Almerimar. It has its own entrance to the beach and perfect views over the Mediterranean and the snow-capped Sierra Nevada.
Location
The beach house lies 5 minutes drive from Almerimar and is
situated against a little mountain and lies between the inner,
road to Balerma and the Mediterranean sea. It is perfect for
a peaceful holiday as it is outside the tourist areas, yet
within easy reach of shops, bars, restaurants and discos.
The Almerimar golf-course and all the other Almerimar attractions
are less then 5 minutes drive away. All the other major Almeria
attractions are less then 30 minutes drive from the house.
Accommodation
The villa has three bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), two bathrooms, spacious kitchen, lounge/dinner with fitted fireplace/stove and a separate lounge area with stunning sea views.
Outside there are patios and various sun terraces, seats etc. rockery and superb BBQ.
Facilities
The family room has a TV, VHS and hi-fi with CDs, the kitchen
has a full cooker and blender, microwave, fridge-freezer,
toaster, coffee-maker and oven. Other services include, air
conditioning, baby high chair, numerous sun-beds. Outdoor
there are a dining/BBQ area, various sun-terraces, patios,
seats and rockery. All linen and towels are supplied.

Additional Information
All the above prices includes taxes. A security deposit is taken of €350.
A 30 % deposit is taken on booking, the balance being payable 6 weeks before the rental commences. End cleaning is taken at €75.
