The Villa
The two villas are in their own grounds with their own swimming pool, which has solar heating. The beach is only a couple of minutes away and is close to all amenities. Ideal for 2 families travelling together, giving them their own space. Car hire not essential.
Location
Mojacar has superb beaches excellent restaurants, and is
close to 3 golf courses (Dessert Springs, Valle de Este and
Marina de la Torre). The villas are 2 minutes from beach and
amenities. There is a waterpark 10 minutes drive away, but
it can be reached by bus. Airports - Almeria 45 minutes, Murcia
1 1/2 hours, Alicante 2 hours.
Accommodation
In each villa there are 2 twin bedrooms (one large enough to take a 3rd bed or cot, one large double bedroom, with full en-suite bathroom, 2nd bathroom has bath and shower. There is an additional toilet downstairs. The gardens and pool area are very spacious, with ample sunbeds for all.
Facilities
Each villa has 3 bedrooms, with air conditioning 2 bathrooms (bath, shower, WC, bidet and hand basin) and sleeps 6, (7 with extra bed); there is an additional toilet downstairs. The lounge and dining room are spacious with comfortable furniture, satellite TV, video and hi-fi with CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron, bed linen and towels are provided. Extras available: ADSL Internet access, cots, high chairs.
