This townhouse is furnished to a very high standard and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. There are three terraces, great for outside dining, one being a roof terrace for all day sun.
Location
The house is set at the top of Calahonda (Calahonda being midway between Fuengirola and Marbella) with great views of the Mediterranean. There is a small supermarket and local bars and restaurants within a short walk, one of the restaurants being on the complex itself. The main shopping area, restaurants and beach are a few minutes drive, and there is a local road train that runs every half hour in summer. Fuengirola is a 20 minute drive, as is Marbella, and you can drive to Gibraltar in 50 minutes.
Accommodation
There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The bathroom has a bath and a shower enclosure. The lounge-diner is tastefully furnished with leather sofas and dining table for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware, hob and oven, washing machine and fridge-freezer, and there is a private parking space to the front of the house.
Facilities
This complex has a beautiful free-form swimming-pool and is set in lovely sub-tropical gardens. There is air-conditioning and satellite TV connected to this property. All linen, towels and electricity are included, and a travel cot and high chair are available on request.
