Location
The apartment is set at the top of Calahonda (Calahonda is midway between Fuengirola and Marbella) with magnificent views of the Mediterranean and the coast of Africa on a clear day. There is a small supermarket and local bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The main shopping area, restaurants and beach are a few minutes drive. You can drive to Fuengirola or Marbella in 20 minutes or Gibraltar in 50 minutes. There are numerous golf courses within 30 minutes of Calahonda.
Accommodation
This apartment has 2 twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with bath, bidet, toilet and shower. There is also a guest bathroom with bath, toilet and shower. The lounge-diner is furnished with comfortable sofas, dining table for 4 and has direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware, hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer. Both terraces are fully furnished with patio furniture.
Facilities
This complex has a lovely free-form swimming-pool and is set in lovely sub-tropical gardens. The master bedroom and lounge both have air conditioning and there is satellite TV connected. All linen, towels and electricity are included, and a travel cot and high chair are available on request.
