Location
The apartment is set at the top of Calahonda (Calahonda is midway between Fuengirola and Marbella) with magnificent views of the Mediterranean. There is a small supermarket and local bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The main shopping area, restaurants and beach are a 5 minute drive. There is a local road train that runs every half hour in summer, Fuengirola and Marbella are both within 20 minutes and you can drive to Gibraltar in 50 minutes.
Accommodation
This apartment has 1 double bedroom with en-suite and 1 twin bedroom. There is a guest bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The lounge-diner is luxuriously furnished with comfortable sofas and dining table for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware, hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Both terraces are fully furnished with patio furniture and the roof terrace has a built in BBQ.
Facilities
This complex has a lovely free-form swimming pool and is set in lovely subtropical
gardens. The apartment is fully air conditioned, and has satellite
