The apartment is set at the top of Calahonda (Calahonda is midway between Fuengirola and Marbella) with great views of the Mediterranean and Gibraltar. There is a small supermarket and local bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. The main shopping area, restaurants and beach are a few minutes drive. There is a local road train that runs every half hour in summer. Fuengirola and Marbella are both within a 20 minute drive and Gibraltar is only 50 minutes away.
Accommodation
This third floor apartment has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There are 2 shower rooms. The lounge-diner is comfortably furnished and has a dining table to seat 6. There is a further lounge area in the conservatory, which leads to a lovely terrace furnished with a patio table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware, hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer.
Facilities
This complex has a lovely free-form swimming pool and is set in beautiful subtropical
gardens. It has a lift. There is also air-conditioning in
the lounge-diner. All linen, towels and electricity are included.
