The Villa
A superb 5 bedroom villa, sleeping up to 14, with swimming pool and games room, on the Costa del Sol. This spacious villa is just a few minutes walk from sandy beaches and the bustling yacht marina of Benalmadena. The villa is suitable for all age groups and golf courses are within easy reach.
Location
The villa is in a perfect location to enjoy the beach and the yacht marina, and yet secluded enough for peace and quiet when wanted. The road is a cul-de-sac and purely residential. 5 minutes level walk will get you to shops, the supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants and bars.
Accommodation
The rooms are light and spacious. The master suite has a large Jacuzzi and
a very secluded rooftop solarium. The other bedrooms provide
a choice of sleeping arrangements, including double, twins,
and bunk beds. Sofa beds are available and not part of the
main lounge. There is a games room with a pool table, and
the large comfortable lounge has satellite TV, video and hi-fi.
The swimming pool is set in our walled garden and has plenty of surrounding space for sun loungers or for kids to play. The front terrace overlooks the pool and is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the view and the peace and quiet. There is also a courtyard where you can barbecue your evening meal or play table tennis. The villa is lovely and sunny, but there are always some shady areas to find too.

Additional Information
Entertainment for the family ranges from historic sites such as Granada and Rhonda or the local Aquapark, Marine Centre and Tivoli World Amusement Park. At the marina, there are dolphin trips and a Sea Life Centre. Local markets are interesting and there is a cable car to take you into the mountains. Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are all within easy walking distance.
There are excellent golf courses within easy driving distance - if you are a party of all golfers or family coming along too, this is a good place to be! There is plenty to amuse the family while the golfers are away, and good places to eat in the evening are within easy walking distance.
