LocationThe villa is situated on the Costa De La Luz, or Coast of Light. It remains an unspoilt piece of Spain, where the Spanish are welcoming and friendly. The nearest town is Chiclana which is about 10 minutes drive. This has all the shops you will need. The award-winning La Barrosa beach is 5 minutes from the villa by car, and the nearest supermarket is literally 2 minutes away. The villa is set within a mini forest ensuring total privacy, but is close enough to bars, restaurants and shops to ensure your stay is peaceful and relaxing.
AccommodationThe accommodation is split between the main house and a separate annexe. The main house has 3 bedrooms, newly fitted bathroom, lounge, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. The annexe, or 'Master Suite ' has its own bathroom, and is entered through French patio doors. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. This villa can sleep 10 people comfortably.
FacilitiesThe villa is set within private grounds and is entered through remote-controlled electric gates. It boasts a full-size swimming pool, a large hard court for basketball and tennis, and an outside kitchen area for barbecuing. The villa is equipped with a full Sky TV system, DVD player and films, CD player, and contains many palm and fruit trees throughout its gardens.
