The Villa

Nice apartment, ideal for a couple or a group of friends. Completely renewed and refurbished, keeping the old style with the restored wooden doors and the original ceilings with exposed wooden beams and ancient brick vaults. In an old building with no elevator, on a second floor.

Location

Located in the historic centre of the city, just in the middle of the Barrio Gótico. Close to Plaça Sant Jaume and at walking distance from the most interesting attractions that the city offers: Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya, beaches, the Picasso Museum, the Liceo Opera Theatre, the Cathedral, "el Borne" and the central shopping area, etc.

Accommodation

The apartment has a comfortable living area with one double sofa bed and a separate area with a double bed. Dining table for four and kitchen with all that you may need for a pleasant stay. One bathroom with shower.

Facilities

Refrigerator, gas hob stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee and tea pots, and all necessary equipment for cooking. Colour TV, radio CD, alarm clock, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Central heating, air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are provided. Cot for babies upon request.

Additional Information

Cleaning/booking fee: €50 (not included in the rates).

Breakage or damage deposit: €200. The amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.

Late arrival fee (after 21:00 hours): €30.

Final payment: cash upon arrival in euros.

During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays, the apartments may have a surcharge, a longer minimum stay, an obligatory prepayment of 100%.

Cancellations: If the client cancels or changes the booking between 31 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental period, there is a cancellation charge of 75% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment.
