The Villa

The apartment, in a building from 1856, on a third floor with no elevator, is a spacious, 50 sq m flat, completely renewed, refurbished and decorated with stylish comfortable and modern furniture.

Location

In the heart of the old medieval town of Barcelona; a mix of charming, picturesque, old-world neighbourhood still relatively poor with its small shops and famous traditional “tapas bars”, “tascas” and “tavernas” and recent influx of young liberal professionals, artists and foreign immigrants with trendy and ethnic bars, restaurants and fashionable avant-garde shopping. Close to the Plaça Sant Jaume, a main square in the heart of the old town and still the administrative centre of Barcelona, extremely well located for a tourist.

Accommodation

Nice and comfortable living area with one double sofa bed. One sleeping area with a double bed and closet space. Dining table for four and an open kitchen with all you will need for a pleasant stay. One full bathroom with shower.

Facilities

Refrigerator, electric countertop stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee and tea pots, and all necessary equipment for cooking. Colour TV, satellite TV, radio CD, alarm clock, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Towels and bed linen are provided. Cot for babies upon request.

Additional Information

Cleaning/booking fee: €50 (not included in the rates).

Breakage or damage deposit: €200. The amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.

Late arrival fee (after 21:00 hours): €30.

Final payment: cash upon arrival in euros.

During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays, the apartments may have a surcharge, a longer minimum stay, an obligatory prepayment of 100%.

Cancellations: If the client cancels or changes the booking between 31 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental period, there is a cancellation charge of 75% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment.
