LocationLocated in front of what used to be the old port, now one of the most important highlights of Barcelona: the whole marina, from the port to the beginning of Barceloneta, with lots of attractions like the new Aquarium, the Imax and the Maremagnum (complex of shops, bars, restaurants and cinemas open the whole week). One of the most attractive areas of the city, especially because of the nearness of the sea, the beaches, the Gothic quarter and two neighbourhoods that are always full of life: el Born and Barceloneta.

with table and chairs for six. Bedroom in suite with two single
beds and beautiful views and a bathroom with shower and toilet
in suite. Another bathroom with shower and toilet.

Colour satellite TV, stereo, CD, central heating and air
conditioning. Refrigerator and freezer, electric stove, oven,
microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, juice squeezer,
coffee and tea pots, and all necessary equipment for cooking.
Iron and ironing board, alarm clock. Hair dryer and towel
heater. Towels and bed linen are provided. Cot for babies
upon request.

Additional Information
Cleaning/booking fee: €50 (not included in the rates).
Breakage or damage deposit: €200. The amount will be returned
at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.
Late arrival fee (after 21:00 hours): €30.
Final payment: cash upon arrival in euros.
During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays, the
apartments may have a surcharge, a longer minimum stay, an
obligatory prepayment of 100%.
Cancellations: If the client cancels or changes the booking
between 31 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental
period, there is a cancellation charge of 75% of the total
amount of the reservation of the apartment.
