The Villa

In a modern seven-story construction with an elevator, located in the actual centre of the city, spacious, very sunny, 60 sq m apartment is on the penthouse floor (ático). It has been renewed, refurbished and decorated with stylish comfortable and modern furniture.

Location

Located in what was the frontier between the new development (circa 1820s) of Barcelona, called "L’Eixample" (the expansion) and the old village of Gracia. The perfect place to enjoy the best of both worlds. On one hand close to all the modernist buildings, five minutes walking distance from Gaudi’s well known works on the Paseo de Gracia, specially "La Pedrera", the first stop on any Gaudi tour in Barcelona; and all of the most elegant, upscale shopping in the city. On the other hand all the benefits and advantages of living in a small charming old-world town; complete with small town squares, local old-style markets and little cafes and restaurants.

Accommodation

Nice bright spacious living room, with two double sofa beds, which opens up to a covered terrace with tropical wood flooring, outside seating and plants. Dining area with a big table and chairs for six people. A bedroom with lots of closet space and two single beds with a window that opens to the terrace. A complete designer bathroom with bathtub and one half bathroom with toilet.

Facilities

Colour satellite TV, stereo, CD, central heating, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Refrigerator and freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee and tea pots, and all necessary equipment for cooking. Iron and ironing board, alarm clock. Hair dryer and towel heater. Towels and bed linen are provided. Cot for babies upon request.

Additional Information

Cleaning/booking fee: €50 (not included in the rates).

Breakage or damage deposit: €200. The amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.

Late arrival fee (after 21:00 hours): €30.

Final payment: cash upon arrival in euros.

During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays, the apartments may have a surcharge, a longer minimum stay, an obligatory prepayment of 100%.

Cancellations: If the client cancels or changes the booking between 31 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental period, there is a cancellation charge of 75% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment.
