LocationLocated between the Eixample and the Grŕcia quarter, a very central and well-connected area. A quiet and safe zone, it is an ideal point of departure to explore the modernist Barcelona as in La Pedrera, Gaudi’s famous building. The gastronomic, leisure and commercial offerings are endless. The best boutiques and the most recommended restaurants are located around the apartments' area. Moreover, the Grŕcia quarter deserves a visit due to its singularity and Bohemian atmosphere that everybody can breathe during day and night. Walking distance along the prestigious Passeig de Grŕcia, with fancy elegant shops, you can reach the old town: the Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya and the Gothic quarter.
AccommodationNice spacious living area with a double sofa bed that opens up to a small covered terrace with tropical wood flooring and plants. Dining area with table and chairs for six people. Additional Information
Cleaning/booking fee: €50 (not included in the rates).
Breakage or damage deposit: €200. The amount will be returned
at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.
Late arrival fee (after 21:00 hours): €30.
Final payment: cash upon arrival in euros.
During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays, the
apartments may have a surcharge, a longer minimum stay, an
obligatory prepayment of 100%.
Cancellations: If the client cancels or changes the booking
between 31 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental
period, there is a cancellation charge of 75% of the total
amount of the reservation of the apartment.
