One large bedroom suite with double bed and one large bedroom with two single beds. A complete bathroom with bathtub, a complete bathroom with shower and one small half bathroom with toilet. Writing nook and lots of closet space for clothes.

and ceiling fans. Refrigerator and freezer, electric stove,
oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, juice squeezer,
coffee and tea pots, and all necessary equipment for cooking.
Iron and ironing board alarm clock. Hair dryer and towel heater.
Towels and bed linen are provided. Cot for babies upon request.

Additional Information
Cleaning/booking fee: €60 (not included in the rates).
Breakage or damage deposit: €200. The amount will be returned
at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.
Late arrival fee (after 21:00 hours): €30.
Final payment: cash upon arrival in euros.
During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays, the
apartments may have a surcharge, a longer minimum stay, an
obligatory prepayment of 100%.
Cancellations: If the client cancels or changes the booking
between 31 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental
period, there is a cancellation charge of 75% of the total
amount of the reservation of the apartment.
