The Villa
Villa Zante is a detached private villa with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is furnished to a very high standard throughout. It has a large 11m x 5m private swimming pool and a roof terrace with views over Fuerteventura's golf course to the sea.
Location
Villa Zante is situated on Fuerteventura's Golf Course Resort on the outskirts of the popular tourist resort of Caleta de Fuste. It is situated on the east coast of the island and is only a 15 minute drive to the airport and less than 5 minutes from the town of Caleta de Fuste. The 5 star Elba Palace Golf Hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the villa and the new Atlantico Commercial Centre is situated at the entrance to the golf course. Here there is a large supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants as well as a cinema, amusement arcade and bowling alley. There is also a small beach area here.
Accommodation
Villa Zante has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). It can accommodate up to 8 people in comfort. A travel cot is provided for any babies in the party who can be accommodated in addition. Patio doors lead from the lounge out to a sun terrace and the large private swimming pool. Stairs lead from this terrace up to the large roof terrace which benefits from views over the golf course to the sea. The villa also has a fully fitted kitchen and a separate outside utility area. Both bathrooms have bath with shower over, bidet, WC and sink.
Facilities
The lounge has satellite TV, DVD player and CD stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. The outside utility area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Each of the bedrooms has a fan for your comfort as well as plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. A safe is provided for your valuables. Outside there are sunbeds as well as a table and chairs for outside dining. A barbecue is provided.

Additional Information
The prices shown are for up to 4 people. A supplement of £50 per person is charged for between 5 - 8 people. A travel cot is provided free of charge and no charge is made for children under 2. A deposit of £50 per person secures a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival in the villa. A security deposit must be left on arrival at the villa.
