The Villa
A luxury, privately owned bungalow on Casas del Sol, a beautifully
maintained complex located in a prime position in the delightful
resort of Playa Blanca. It has a large private sunbathing
patio and is within 50 metres of a heated pool.
Location
Casas del Sol is situated across from the harbour, within
300 metres of the delightful old town of Playa Blanca where
there are a variety of quality shops and supermarkets. Playa
Blanca is also renowned for its seafood restaurants, located
on the promenade alongside the town beach where you can wine,
dine and relax, overlooking the bay towards the golden beaches
of Papagayo.
Accommodation
The bungalow has two bedrooms, comprising one double and one twin room (maximum occupancy is 4 persons, an extra cot can be made available for babies for a small charge). Both rooms have adequate storage space, a safe and a hairdryer.
Facilities
Inside, the bungalow has a large, nicely furnished lounge, with satellite TV and radio, CD/cassette player. There is a well equipped kitchen and dining area which includes a fridge-freezer, electric kettle, full oven and hob, microwave and toaster. The bungalow is also equipped with an iron and ironing board and a washing machine. There is a large, private sunbathing patio with built in barbecue.
