Location

Located a short distance from the centre of Playa Blanca, this property has it all – quality and location.

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11 km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour. The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view – perfect for couples and families.

Accommodation

This beautifully furnished private villa offers luxurious accommodation and stunning views of Fuerteventura. The master suite comes complete with a double bed and glass-fronted illuminated wardrobes with ample storage. The large fully fitted en-suite bathroom has a full bath, ideal for soaking those tired feet if you attempt to climb Montaña Roja! The main bedroom also has a sofa bed which can accommodate an extra guest. The further 2 bedrooms both have twin beds and glass-fronted wardrobes. They share the second fully fitted bathroom.

The large living area has ample seating, with plenty of entertainment including Spanish television (complete with English channels), video, DVD player, books and magazines. Located off the lounge is the unique dining area. This circular room offers magnificent views of Fuerteventura and has seating for 8 people – an inspiring setting for any dinner party.

Facilities

The fully fitted kitchen has an oven/hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a full cutlery set and cooking utensils. There is also separate utility space including a washing machine and drying area. The French doors lead out to a private swimming pool area with 6 sunbeds, wooden table and chairs and a large brick-built BBQ, ideal for dining alfresco on the vast terrace. An information pack is provided for all guests.

Prices based on 4 people sharing. Additional persons pay £70 per week.

The pool is solar heated all year, but if you would like the guarantee of a minimum 27º/28º during your stay, we can offer an electric back-up system for an extra £60 a week (available from November 2004).

Children under 5 go free.

Minimum booking deposit: 20%.
