The Villa
Our "home from home" offers a delightful peaceful and private bungalow on a well established and well run complex in the south of Lanzarote.
Location
Casas del Sol is in an ideal situation, centrally placed in the beautiful resort of Playa Blanca, within strolling distance of many excellent restaurants and
shops, the harbour and the beach. Despite its central location, Casas del Sol is extremely quiet and peaceful surrounded by well tended gardens.
Accommodation
Our bungalow has a large patio with barbecue and patio furniture. This leads into an open-plan kitchen and living room. There are two bedrooms,
one a twin and the second an extremely small room with bunk beds, suitable for young children. The bungalow is most suitable for a couple. There is
one bathroom. We bought the bungalow in 2003 and it has been completely renovated.
Facilities
On the complex, which is traffic free, there is a large heated swimming pool, a small children's pool,& tennis courts. There is a reception
area, a small library, and a shop which sells essentials like water and milk. Our bungalow is extremely well equipped. The kitchen has a new
electric oven and hob, microwave, and large fridge freezer. All kitchen equipment is provided including toaster, coffee-maker, juicer etc.
The living area has a CD and DVD player and satellite television with some English channels. We use the bungalow frequently ourselves and have
therefore lots of books, games etc. The living area and bedroom are very spacious with plenty of storage space. The bedroom has a ceiling
fan.

Additional Information
Playa Blanca is a beautiful resort in the sunny south of Lanzarote. Developed from a fishing village, it prides itself in having developed in a most picturesque
way with a lovely promenade which wends its way around the bay. Although there is no need to hire a car as everything is within easy walking distance, the rest of
the island is really worth visiting. Playa Blanca is really very quiet. If you are looking for a lively night-life and English bars Puerto del Carmen offers
much more. BUT if you are looking for a relaxed resort with excellent restaurants and you won't hanker for an English breakfast, this is the place for you!
