Luxury air-conditioned apartment on upper floor of small development built by Taylor Woodrow. The development has won a European award and is the flagship development of the island. Guests are asked to be considerate of others. Apartment sleeps five.
Location
Situated in north-east of island, 20 -30 minutes drive from airport. Opposite only golf course on island and tennis courts. Three swimming pools on site, one for straight swimming, one with toddler pool and graduated slope, one hopefully heated in winter.
Local beach has won awards for cleanliness and is ideal for children with beautiful sandy beach. Pedalos, sunbeds and parasols for hire. Good for snorkelling.
Pretty fishing port of Fornells nearby with many lovely restaurants.
Accommodation
Two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and rear patio, one with 2 singles and adjacent shower room/toilet + comfortable chair/bed in lounge.
Large covered patio to front with furniture and barbecue. Four sunbeds provided. Awning over rear patio for hotter months.
Facilities
Comfortable lounge and dining furniture. Luxury fitted kitchen.
Many extras in apartment including radio/CD/cassette player,
Sky Digibox and small screen monitor to receive UK television
and radio, including CBeebies. There is a large selection
of books, toys and games, buckets and spades, golf clubs,
sun chairs and parasol for guests to use.
Bedding and towels changed weekly.
