First floor apartment above owner's house directly facing and with direct access to the beach. Large partially covered terrace with superb views. Not overlooked in any way and with exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool (4m x 8m).
Location
About one kilometre past the busy resort of Calan Bosch at the south-western end of the island. There is a large supermarket and some bars and restaurants just two minutes walk away and many more in Calan Bosch. The old capital Ciudadela is about nine kilometres away and has numerous restaurants and shops and is a delightful small city with many interesting buildings and a most attractive harbour.
Accommodation
Two double bedrooms with twin beds (each with circulating fans), a modest sized dining room with a fully fitted galley-type kitchen and a shower room/WC. In addition there is stupendous partially covered terrace looking out over Son Xoriguer bay. The house is surrounded by attractive private gardens and the swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the apartment as it is only rented when the owners are not in occupation.
Facilities
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker and oven, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. In addition there are an electric kettle and a toaster. There are patio chairs and table for al fresco eating and sunloungers are supplied. Linen and towels (but not swimming towels)are supplied. The pool is cleaned in high season twice a week.
Bedding and towels changed weekly.
