The Villa
Casa Primavera is a newly furnished five bedroom, four bathroom bungalow with luxurious lounge and modern kitchen. It has its own private swimming pool which can be heated when required.
Location
Casa Primavera is set in the sunny Balearic Islands on the island of Menorca. It is situated on an old lane which runs from Torret to Binibeca beach surrounded by its own 15 acres of stonewalled fields. By car, Bini Sa Fua Beach is 15 minutes away and only 10 minutes away are the beaches of Xeroy Beach (Alcafar) and Binibeca Beach.
The picturesque fishing village of Binibeca has narrow cobbled streets and traditional style Menorcan cottages, a wine and mussel bar, an excellent pizzeria and one of the best fish restaurants on the Island.
Accommodation
As well as its five bedrooms, four bathrooms there is a luxurious lounge and modern fully fitted kitchen, there is a fully maintained garden area and sun terraces with tables, chairs and sun loungers for 10 people.

air conditioning in 2 rooms, 2 barbecues, fly screens and
fans in all bedrooms. Bicycles are available for rides to
Torret village which offers a supermarket and four restaurants.
For those in search of culture, the medieval former capital of Ciutadella has an interesting cathedral and the Moorish influence can be seen in the old part of the town. Mahon (present capital of Menorca) has the largest natural harbour in the Mediterranean and still bares traces of Menorca's British occupation. There are excellent shops and restaurants in both ports.

Additional Information
The capital, Mahon, is 15 minutes by car and the airport is also about 15 minutes. Car hire is recommended.
Roman style trotting races at San Lluis, the famous jazz club at San Clemente, water sports at Cala Torret and S'Algar and harbour side restaurants built into caves in the rock at Es Castell are a maximum of 10 minutes drive away.
