The Villa
This first floor apartment in a unit of four dwellings looks
out over the new marina and has unobstructed sea views. It
has two bedrooms the double with large patio window and south
facing balcony and the other a single. Pebble beach is a quiet
location ideal for a 'get away from it all' holiday.
Location
Location: south-east part of the island (bottom right-hand
side – the sunny end!) in a very quiet location facing
south for all-day sunshine, surrounded by Amarilla Golf Club
on one side and Golf del Sur on the other side, and nothing
but the ocean directly in front – some 25 yards away.
A well-stocked general store for fresh fruit and vegetables,
a wine shop and a superb delicatessen with several small bars
and cafés a few minutes walk away. The three purpose-built
apartments are just by the side of the coastal path with the
sea directly in front of them and with a quiet access road
to the rear.
In short, this is a lovely spot which makes an ideal quick
escape to the sun, easy to get to and very relaxing.
Accommodation
The apartment comprises a large double balcony with reclining
sun chairs; one double bedroom with full wall picture window
opening onto the balcony and overlooking the ocean; one twin-bedded
room; bath and shower room; modest kitchen, with cooker, microwave
and small breakfast bar; large lounge/diner, with bed-settee,
two armchairs, and video. There is a large washing machine,
ironing board and iron, and hairdryer.
There are a few steps (10 or 12) up from road to first floor
entrance, unfortunately making it not suitable for wheelchair
access.
Facilities
The apartments are adjacent to golf courses: the championship
27 hole Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf (www.amarillagolf.es)
with it's luxurious clubhouse, swimming pool, putting green,
driving range, tennis court, a good supply of excellent restaurants
for evenings out or a lazy brunch – membership is automatic.
There are also three other 18-hole courses within 5 miles.
For non-golfers there are: crown bowls, horse riding, cycling,
walking, sailing-catamarans, dinghies, and wind surfing. El
Medena is only a few kilometres along the coast and boards
can be hired at the marina. There they also have a PADI registered
dive school and organised dives – very good too!

Additional Information
A £50 (refundable) deposit secures the apartment whilst
you organise your flights and the balance is payable about
six weeks before departure.
