good location near to the beach. The apartment also has a very large private furnished sun terrace with teak patio furniture that overlooks the pool.
Location
The apartment is in a nice area of Playa de las Americas called Costa Adeje, in the South of Tenerife. The area has many attractions, including
a well-known water park, and locally you can enjoy pleasant walks or wild rides, water sports, or just relax in one of the many bars or cafes.

2-bedroom apartment within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. Comfortably furnished with two bedrooms (twin beds in
each), bathroom with shower facility, lounge with two sofas, dining table and 6 chairs and there is a fully fitted kitchen. The apartment is on the
second floor.
Facilities
There are many facilities in the apartment including satellite TV and CD/radio in the lounge, full kitchen with four ring hob (electric), oven,
fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. The two bedrooms have twin beds in each and there is a large bathroom. Also provided are an iron,
ironing-board and for keeping valuable safe during your stay, there is a wall safe. The complex has bars, restaurants and supermarket. The
beach is only about 200m away. On the complex there are two lovely swimming
pools one of which is acclimatised. There is also a kiddie’s pool and playground. The complex has lovely garden areas and is maintained to a good
standard. Facilities include restaurants, bars and cafes and supermarket on site. The 24 hour reception has currency exchange facilities, internet
access, ATM machines, international newspapers, excursion sales, and very helpful multi lingual staff. There are three beaches close by, and the
prestigious yacht marina Puerto Colon is within walking distance, with international restaurants overlooking the water
