The Villa
"Flores de Sol" is a brand new villa which easily sleeps
6 and provides all the creature comforts of modern living
in its stylish, designed interior, whilst still capturing
the charm of bygone Spain. It is situated in a quaint, peaceful
development of detached villas. There are several beautiful
community pools, the nearest is located at the top of the
small cul-de-sac, only three villas away.
Location
Our beautiful Spanish villa, "Flores de Sol" (sun flowers),
is situated about 40 minutes from Alicante Airport, approximately
5 miles inland from Benidorm, on the sunny Costa Blanca. It
is a newly built detached villa, which commands breath taking
views of the mountains, sea and surrounding countryside of
La Nucia, Polop, and the holiday resort of Benidorm.
Accommodation
"Flores de Sol" has 2 bedrooms – 1 double bedroom and
1 twin bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. There are also
a cot and a high chair available.
The villa also hosts a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room, patio area, sun terrace under a pergola, outside furniture and garden kitchen for al fresco dining, sun lounges, walled garden, and driveway for parking.
The landscaped gardens provide an infusion of colour on this large corner plot.
One of this home's best features is the private roof terrace
which is the full size of the villa and provides fantastic
views of the area.
Facilities
"Flores de Sol" is tastefully decorated and furnished to
provide everything you would need to create a real home from
home: TV, DVD player, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave,
iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
All bedding etc. is supplied and all you are asked to provide is your own towels.

For larger groups holidaying together, we are able to offer
a booking facility for more than one villa on the "Residential
La Alberca Complex" All prices are for the villa per week,
and are not per person.
Additional Information
To book, we ask for a £200 deposit. The balance is due 8
weeks before your departure. At this time you are required
to pay a refundable security deposit of £200 per villa.
The cost of the villa includes heating/air conditioning and
bed linen. You are asked to provide your own towels.
