Set in a quiet not isolated position yet within 10 minutes of all the required amenities of a resort holiday. 90 minutes from both Alicante and Valencia airports in the idyllic Costa Blanca and 10 minutes from the main arterial A7 motorway if you are driving.
Accommodation
The villa has 4 double/twin bedrooms, three of which are en-suite with a forth bedroom sharing the family bathroom. A large lounge/dining room opens directly on to the covered terrace and all other rooms open via patio doors to the poolside terrace and BBQ area.
Facilities
The modern kitchen is well equipped with 2 fridge-freezers, microwave, full oven with separate hob unit, washing machine and dishwasher. All bathrooms are large and fully equipped with sink, toilet and showers (some with bath).The lounge is equipped for inside dining and a separate terrace has outside eating and BBQ facilities. TV with DVD is supplied in the lounge.
