The Villa

This luxury 5 bedroom villa is situated in the exclusive Pla del Mar area of Moraira just a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Moraira and the bay of El Portet. The villa is designed to have two separate accommodations and a private swimming pool.

Location

The location is ideal for two families sharing and is within an easy walk of shops, bars and restaurants. A very good restaurant is less than a minute's walk away. It has lovely panoramic views across the valley and down to the sea. There are numerous water sports available on the beach and at the beautiful marina. There are four golf courses within an easy short drive from the villa, and also available are tennis, bowls, horse riding and go-karting. Moraira boasts many excellent restaurants all serving a variety of different cuisines. There are two fine sandy beaches within a 10 -15 minute walk.

Accommodation

The villa has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor along with 2 bathrooms, large living/dining room, and fully fitted kitchen. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, the master having an en-suite shower room and a further bathroom, large living dining room and American-style fully fitted kitchen.

Outside there is a utility room with shower and all the laundry facilities, and the large rectangular swimming pool is very private with Roman steps. There is a large BBQ and a pergola at the side for entertaining. The gardens are an ideal area for finding sun or shade and have fruit trees, vines, olive trees and palms.

Facilities include the private swimming pool, BBQ, outside seating area. There is parking within the walled grounds for at least 4 cars and there is an intercom system to the electric gate on the side garden, and also an intercom between the two houses.
