A newly furnished, three-bedroom house with shared pool on the Bonalba golf development between the village of Busot and Campello, it is only 20 minutes drive from the airport. Busot is a typically Spanish mountain village, famous for its Caves of Canalobre. There are a selection of bars, restaurants and a convenience store on the development.

Nearby Campello with its beach and promenade lined with restaurants and bars is 10 minutes drive away and offers all amenities and services including the scenic Alicante to Denia coastal railway.

The house, which sleeps 6, comprises a living/dining room with a TV and video player, a fitted kitchen with microwave, a double bedroom with balcony, a bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a shower room. There is a covered front terrace with quality teak furniture and a small lawned front garden. You have use of the attractive communal swimming pool and garden area which are opposite the property.
Facilities
This is an ideal location for golfers with its 18 hole, par 72 course and walkers with the nearby mountain of Cabecador. A car is recommended.
A lagoon with waterfalls, islands, palm trees and artificial beach is due to open June 2004.
