The Villa
Villa San Nicolas is a beautiful villa that sleeps up to
7 people comfortably. It has its own private pool with terracing
– all fenced in for children's safety – and a good
size garden with plenty of sunbathing areas.
Location
Villa San Nicolas is only a short walk away, either by road or the mountain path, from the local village of Barx, where you will find all necessary amenities such as a bank, chemist's, a selection of small shops, bars and restaurants and an English-speaking doctor, etc., and you are only 11 km away from the historic town of Gandia and a further 5-10 minute drive to the golden sands of one of the most beautiful coastlines in Spain. For the night owls among you, there are plenty of nightclubs to be found along the playa.
Accommodation
The villa comprises 1 double bedroom, two twin-bedded rooms, 1 single and there is a cot available if required, 2 full bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge/diner with fireplace plus another lounge upstairs. The dining room area seats 7 people comfortably. There is also a garage.
Facilities
The living room has a TV and video. The kitchen has a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and blender. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Other facilities include a baby highchair, sun-beds, and outdoor dining area with BBQ. All linen and towels are supplied.

We try to make your stay problem-free and enjoyable. You will find a welcome pack awaiting your arrival with tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits.
A 20% deposit is taken on the booking, the balance being payable 12 weeks before the rental commences.
