The Villa
Casa Verano is a beautiful villa situated up in the peace and tranquillity of the mountains. It sleeps 6 people comfortably. It has an 8 x 4 m swimming pool plus terracing for sunbathing. There are also shaded areas when needed – a lovely mature garden with various fruit trees, plants and shrubs forming this very private setting. The property is completely fenced all round – with a front gate and entryphone for access on to the premises.
Location
Casa Verano is only a short walk away from the local village of Barx –
this walk can either be enjoyed by road or the mountain path,
which will take you directly into the village. Barx has everything
you need for everyday living including a bank, chemist's,
supermarkets, bars, restaurants and an English-speaking doctor.
An 11 km drive through breathtaking scenery brings you to
the historic city of Gandia with all the shops and supermarkets
you possibly wish for plus cinemas, restaurants etc. A further
3 km will bring to the golden sands of one of the most beautiful
coastlines in Europe. An hour's drive away or a short train
journey to the north brings you to Valencia, or about an hours
drive to the south is Benidorm. The list is endless of places
to visit and all within a short driving distance.
Accommodation
The Villa comprises the master bedroom, with a large separate dressing room, complete bathroom with Jacuzzi, and 3 further bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and a further complete bathroom and a washroom, a fitted luxury kitchen and lounge/dining room with office area.
Facilities
There is satellite TV. It is a luxury kitchen with full cooker,
fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, blender. There is also
a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Other facilities
include central heating throughout, grassed sunbathing area,
sunscreen, BBQ, outdoor dining area and exterior lighting.
Baby highchair and cot are available if required. All linen
and towels are supplied.

Additional Information
We try to make your stay as problem-free and enjoyable as possible – if any help or information is needed during your stay we are only a short distance away. Barx is a very self-sufficient village with everything you need there for everyday living and, unlike most of the holiday resorts along this coastline, the tap water here is of good quality and drinkable.
A 20% deposit is taken on booking, the balance being payable 12 weeks before the rental commences.
