The Villa
A traditionally styled three bedroomed Spanish villa set in a secluded but
not isolated position overlooking a picturesque valley and
the distant hills. It stands in its own established grounds
of 1,000 sq m and is screened with mature palms and foliage
for privacy. The exclusive illuminated private swimming pool
is 8m x 4m with Roman steps at one end.
Location
Villa Genesta is situated in Javea on the eastern part of the Spanish mainland, in the province of Alicante on the unspoilt Costa Blanca. The area is noted for its clean air and temperate climate, enjoying over 335 days of sunshine a year and has, in fact, been described by the World Health Organisation as 'environmentally near perfect.' The villa is situated approximately four kilometres inland from the main Arenal beach on a private residential development and within easy reach of all amenities.
Accommodation
There are three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite facilities (bath/shower, bidet, double wash hand basin with marble top vanity unit and WC). The other two are fitted with a double bed and one with twin beds. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers/dressing tables. Ceiling fans are fitted in each bedroom. The second family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.
Facilities
The villa has a large lounge/dining room stylishly furnished around the Tosca stone fireplace and beamed ceiling. There is radio, Sky satellite colour television and a tape deck. Doors from the lounge open onto a glassed in covered terrace (naya), which, from its elevated position, enjoys views across the pool and garden area. From this naya you can directly access the gardens and the pool area.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and a full-size oven with four-ring hob, double sink and a washing machine.
There is a large poolside sun patio, terracing and BBQ area, all equipped with sun beds and the usual furniture ideal for alfresco eating.
