The Villa

Bahia De Las Palmeras is one of only a few villas in the Costa Calida/Costa Blanca directly on the beach.

Location

Located on the Mar Menor (small sea) side of the La Manga strip. Quiet beach safe for children partially enclosed by marina and island facing west.

The Villa is in a quiet residential area but close to the Mar Minor strip with all its activities. Supermarkets are only a 5 minute walk away, restaurants a 10 minute walk. La Manga Golf club a 15 minute drive from the villa. 10 other golf courses are within a 1 hour drive.

Perfect location for a quiet beachside holiday or an activity holiday taking advantage of the many facilities nearby, eg. Sailing, Golf, etc.

Accommodation

Large patio with sun awning and BBQ, with a private gate leading directly on to a daily-maintained beach. Being on the Mar Menor side of the La Manga strip, the water is partially enclosed by a causeway to the island, and so is very safe for children. The patio is ideal for al fresco meals and outdoor living as it faces west. The sunsets can be fantastic!

3 Double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms on two floors. 1 bathroom on suite, 2 additional bathrooms plus ground floor toilet. Combined large lounge and dining area. Dining seating for 10.
