The Villa

The property is set in an attractive urbanisation which has landscaped gardens, a very large swimming pool (June to September only) with an ample sunbathing area. The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk, with the main sandy beaches in Campello and San Juan a 5 minute drive away.

Location

El Campello, with its long sandy beach and promenade lined with restaurants and bars, is located on the Costa Blanca between the historic city of Alicante and Benidorm. The property is in the Moroccan-style urbanisation of Alkabir situated right by the coast on the northern outskirts of Campello.

Accommodation

The house, which sleeps up to 6 plus a cot, comprises a small patio leading into an open-plan living/dining room and American-style kitchen. On the first floor there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with wardrobes and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is also a terrace leading off the top bedroom. This property has a gas cooker, microwave, refrigerator, television and DVD player and washing machine.

Facilities

Within the urbanisation there are several bars and restaurants which cater for most tastes. There is also a small supermarket on site. A car is useful but not essential as there is a bus stop outside the urbanisation, which runs every hour on the hour into Campello. There is also a station nearby for the scenic Alicante to Denia railway, which stops all along the coast, including at San Juan, Campello, Villajoysa, Benidorm and Altea. There are also local markets throughout the week in Alicante, Campello, Villajoysa, Benidorm and Altea.
