The Villa

Brand new south-east facing property is situated second from the end of the pool. There is a roof terrace that attracts all-day sun. You can walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket.

Location

Los Altos is on the outskirts of Torrevieja town on the southern Costa Blanca.

Accommodation

The well-furnished villa has gates with a driveway to park your car and a gate leads onto the path to the front door. There is a sheltered porch area with patio table and 4 chairs. The front of the property attracts the sun from mid morning to late evening during the summer months.

To the left side of the property there are outside stairs. Gates are at the bottom and top of the stairs and the stairs have a handrail and a light, the stairs lead to a large rooftop solarium which boasts sunshine the whole day and has views of the sea and Torrevieja.

The living/dining room is furnished with a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, nest of 3 tables, sideboard. There is a coffee table and 2 lamps. In the dining area you have a smaller sideboard and large mirror, dining table and 4 chairs. Through the archway you have the full tiled and equipped kitchen.

Main bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, 2 lamps, dressing table, mirror, fan, alarm clock. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside table, 1 lamp and a window that faces to the side of the property.

Facilities

Entertainment: DVD player, video player.

Electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, plenty of crockery and glassware. Leading from the kitchen via a door, you have the galleria which has the washing machine and a shower.

The villa has an alarm, mosquito blinds, a safe, 2 stand-up fans, a hairdryer, a small selection of DVDs and videos (please take your own videos/DVDs), parasol, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

There is air-conditioning, supplying cold or warm air in the main bedroom and living room, which is an optional extra.
