The Villa
The villa is set in an acre of mature gardens, set back from
the road, surrounded by a high perimeter wall to offer maximum
privacy. There are six well furnished en-suite bedrooms and spacious public areas. A beautiful 12 metre swimming pool
with Jacuzzi, deck areas and sun loungers.
Location
Situated on the West Coast of the island, near the main tourist
resorts of Bentota and Aluthgama, 70km south of Colombo, the
capital and 50km north of the main city of the south, Galle.
Villa Kusal is a 5-minute drive from the beach and towns,
which offer a wide choice of shops, restaurants and hotels.
The main Aluthgama-Matugama road passes Villa Kusal, which
enjoys a secluded position, sitting well back from the road,
affording maximum privacy. The property is entered through
strong security gates and is also surrounded by a high perimeter
wall for additional security.
Accommodation
The villa is ideally suited to parties of eight to twelve
although additional space could be made available for younger
children using the sitting rooms of the suites as single bedrooms.
The villa's accommodation is as follows:
- 2 suites consisting of double bedroom, en-suite toilet
with solar powered hot water shower and sitting room.
- 1 suite consisting of 2 bedrooms (one double and one single)
with shared bathroom entered from the suites own sitting
room.
- 2 double/twin bedrooms with en-suite shower and toilet.

*The rental charge is for parties of up to 4 people. Additional
party members can be accommodated at £150 per person per week
up to a maximum of 12 people in total.
Additional Information
A 35% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm the
rental. The balance of the rental amount is due at least 8
weeks prior to arrival.
The villa rental includes transfers to and from the airport,
complimentary local travel, staffing and power costs.
