The Villa

This lovely two-storey villa is perfect for a family holiday or a holiday with friends. It is located within the residential Emirates Hills area with its PGA Emirates Golf Course. It is only a short drive to downtown Dubai, Wild-Wadi, Mega shopping malls, the Burj el Arab, Madinat Jumeirah, and the Dubai Marina with its restaurants and shopping arcades. The villa is a 3-bedroom (sleeps 7) in a quiet neighbourhood in the Springs community. It has a lovely garden with lounge chairs and a BBQ area. You have immediate access to a large temperature-controlled pool with shaded child play-area. Local activities: cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, roller-blading, sailing, ski, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing. Other tourist attractions are: historic sites, a museum, a zoo.

The Springs is a gated village community of town houses near the sea, with the community, scenic waterways and lush landscaping making a perfect environment for families and couples. It is located within the Emirates Hills community, in close proximity to Dubai Media City and Internet City.

Stays under a week are pro-rata plus 20%. Stays over a week are pro- rata plus 10%. Change-over day is Saturday. Arrival Saturday 3 pm Departure Saturday 11 am.
