The Villa
Houndapitt Farm is set in a 100 acre estate overlooking Sandymouth
Bay, 4 miles north of the town of Bude. We are offering quality
accommodation at very competitive prices. This countryside
setting has many coastal and inland walks, on land owned by
the National Trust, with spectacular views and only 1 mile
from the beach.

We are only a 10 minute drive from Bude with all its shops and restaurants ("The least rowdy modern seaside town in Cornwall" – Sir John Betjeman).
Accommodation
Each cottage sleeps 2 to 9 people. All our accommodation is of a high standard with all the comforts of a modern home. All rooms are heated (and it's included in the price) giving a cosy warm atmosphere.
The kitchen and dining areas are comprehensively equipped with everything for
your cooking and serving requirements, including a microwave,
coffee machine, electric toaster, kettle, full-size electric
cooker, and fridge.
The lounge area has comfortable settees, arm chairs, occasional
tables and reading lamps and the all important remote-controlled
colour TV and video recorder.
Facilities
At Houndapitt we have a large games room, adventure playground and a coarse fishing lake which is free to our guests.

Additional Information
Houndapitt Farm Cottages was formerly 19th century stables and barns. Its tasteful conversion has retained much of the old character. Its large paved courtyard is decked out with a blaze of colour in the summer. Each cottage has its own parking space adjacent to the cottage. Overflow parking is available.
