Enjoy luxurious accommodation in this beautifully furnished 1,800 square foot town home only steps from the water's edge on Rainbow Lake. Private balcony off master bedroom and lower deck, fireplaces in living room and master bedroom.

Location

The exclusive gated community of "The Shores" by Rainbow Lake in Arizona's White Mountains is a year-round getaway. "The Cove" is a town home development of 19 units located within The Shores. This is one of only 12 lakefront units.

Accommodation

Master suite has a king size bed. The master sitting area has a fireplace, TV/VCR and wing chair with ottoman that converts to a single bed. The private balcony overlooks the lake. Master bath has jetted tub and separate shower. Double sinks in vanity and large walk-in closet with mirrored doors. Downstairs bedroom has queen size bed, TV/VCR and mirrored closet doors. Fully furnished sleeping loft has two twin beds.

Facilities

The living room has exceptional views of the lake and opens to covered deck. There is a wet bar, a soaring two-story fireplace and a comfortable sleeper sofa. Kitchen has views of lake; all appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric range and oven, coffee-maker, toaster and toaster-oven. There is a telephone desk and a large pantry area with a stack washer and dryer. Private tennis courts for The Shores.

Rate is for 2 people. $10 per night per additional guest. 10% discount for midweek (Monday – Thursday). $65 cleaning fee.
